There are always ways around the system

Better rethink that plan. I have every health dept in CA and 7 neighboring states on speed dial. To say that I get pissed when restaurants, stores and FOOD VENDORS don't take food safety seriously, is an understatement. 8)

Not knocking it, it looks really nice but what was the reason for cutting lower and raising the rub rail? I'm planning on cutting as most do in the center of the widow frame because I wans BIG windows starting just above the rub rail. Seems like you are really limiting yourself on window size.

I plan on having a murphy sized queen bed in the back that folds into a dining room table as well.

I just noticed this in the first post.. I, too, have a murphy bed in the "kitchen" of my bus. I'm taking great pains to make sure it is well away from all food, though. I've had visions of tomato sauce absorbing into my pillow and me waking up one morning thinking my brain had just exploded. Nobody wants that as a way to start the day...

A dining table/bed seems like a mess waiting to happen.
