It never ceases to amaze me that people aren't prepaired for the worst when they start playing at the edge of the envelope,
why didn't the dyno operater
1) load the dyno and shut the engine down by stalling it out?
2) have the air cleaner removed so that he could stop air intake with a clipboard?
3) discharge a CO2 fire extinguisher at the air intake to shut the engine down?
