Anyone help a brother out?...when removing the silver wall panels during the demo on our 1995 Thomas Safe T Liner, they seem to be hung up under the windows. Do I have to remove the windows to get those panels off?
We'd appreciate the help...frankly any and all secret demo tips on the 1995 Thomas Safe T Liner. Thank you in advance!

Use grinder with cutting blade. Cut metal off aprox 1” under the windows.

U still will want to take the windows out to reseal them at some point, but as I remember, there is no point to removing that 1” strip left from the demo phase.

You’ll see.

Oh, and besides the screws, you will have to cut/grind thru spots where they spot welded this metal to the frame.

If you can get a better price by buying cut off wheels in bulk, do so....
If you don’t have an angle grinder, buy a cheap one. I currently have a skill brand grinder from amazon for like $20.

Peace

Thanks man! As we'd suspected...there's also a roof-raise in our future, so plenty of time to mess with windows

Since you are going to do a roof raise, you will have to remove the windows annd all the hardware on the outside frame of the windows. Were it me, I would wait until I was gutting for the raise and not bother with cutting them out. They are easy to remove once you have the window out and the external trim pieces removed.
