wanted: short bus, partially converted

I"m looking for a shortbus that is somewhat converted. ideally gutted, perhaps floor and walls done. A small sink and/or solar panels and vegie oil tank a plus. I'm not super handy, so a newer model that doesn't require lots of mechanical tinkering would suit me best.
I'd travel, especially to warmer states, to pick one up.
pics and prices if you're selling, or if you have any recommendations of where to buy a good school bus and whom to approach about conversion help, that would be welcome info too.
