I'd say that's pretty darn good. I'm assuming the fuel tank is between the axles? That should be a good couple hundred pounds of centrally-located mass. Plus the engine up front gives you a lot of leverage against any of that rear overhanging weight.

Yep. Fuel between the axles and so is the propane (which is directly across from the fuel).

something I've come across is the advice to not pack heavy items in the top cupboards of a trailer or MH - keep canned goods and heavier items near the floor and your toilet paper etc in the top cupboards - the reason for that should be obvious

My toilet paper holder in my bathroom became obsolete as soon as I got my first cat. Toilet paper is not cheap enough to use as a cat toy. When I first hid the roll I was pleased to get up and see they hadn't found it. But when I went into the living room they had extracted their revenge for hiding the TP by shreading 2 rolls of paper towels that now need to be kept on top of the fridge.

can't win so you have to love them - our cat is a high personality nut case, and 'Pepper', ( aka 'The Bad Haired Terror' ) has too much energy, is too smart, too loving - well he's over the top about everything he does - he was sent here for behavior therapy because of his evil temper - Los Vegas animal control picked him up on the street and named him 'Lector' because of his nasty temper - I wound up adopting him myself and he is turning into a great little dog - 'Pepper' is about as bright as a dog can get - he's already taught me what a lot of commands mean and this morning he tried to teach me a new command - I played dumb, pretending I didn't understand - he was bugging me to take him for a walk or a ride in the car - I knew what he wanted but only said, 'what do you want little guy, what do you want?' - next thing he did was paw at my shoes, shoving one towards me in an effort to make me understand that he wanted my to put my shoes on so we could go somewhere - lol
