Retired and looking for RV that is not huge. Watch g the NC used school bus sites for a 35-36 seater. We travel with dogs and have a 1977 fiberglass 13 foot Scamp, and I'm pretty much done with that. Should have mentioned when I said dogs I mean 3 dogs and one weighs n at 120. We did a great job (IMHO) on the Scamp, solar panels, reworked kitchen, but a trailer is a pain in the butt. Started looking at class C RV but feel they are overpriced junk.....so after years of my making school bus noise the husband is on board.

I think our biggest concern is not the remodel, but the reliability.
