weekly newsletter stopped

I like getting the weekly newsletter, but some times it just stops for months. My last one was School Bus Conversion Newsletter Issue 226 - June 2020 - Week 25.

Is there a setting to start and stop this?

I received the news letter on the 2nd, 5th, 9th, and 12th of this month.
