Hi guys! When I bought our bus the guy mentioned she was able to tow but I'm not seeing it. I'm assuming this is just part of her undercarriage? Thanks for chiming in. You guys are the best! Gree

Those are for when your bus is stuck in mud at a festival and a tractor pulls you out.

You need a REAL tow hitch- some use the adjustable. I like curt class-5.

What Rusty said. Those are hooks they use to pull the bus back out of a lake or something. You should find them on both ends of your bus.

The class 5 hitch is an excellent choice. It fits the bus frame and it's solid. Adjustible hitches will work if you're towing very light trailers, but someone always overloads the hitch. Get a good one and you don't need to wonder if it will do the job.

My new bus didn't come with hooks, unfortunately.
Maybe that's one more piece of chrome I can add!

You sure can. I've seen them in the parts stores. I hadn't seen the chrome ones though.

If I keep fooling around on the backroads I'm going to need to get a winch, not just a hook.
