What is this?

So this box already had the wire cut off before I got the bus so I’m trying to figure out what this originally went to. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is a wiremold box from home depot not anything original. Where does it go? Wire mold is a way to surface mount wiring for example on a brick wall. Since that box probably had a switch for a light the wire in the box (guessing) goes back to the fuses.

I got the top of the back off this afternoon and the wires are split off the top back right yellow and red lights. They must of had some other kind of flashers on the back door. That’s all I can come up with. I originally thought it went all the way back up front, but that’s not the case.
