What thermostat to use?

Hello! I have a
1998 international 3800 T-444E 7.3L school bus
She needs a new thermostat and I’m trying to find the best thermostat to keep her from overheating.
What temp rating and which brand is the most efficient?
Fan clutch is good.
Recently flushed radiator.

192 is factory for that year... im running a (hard to find) 180 in my T444e.
