window condensation and rivet jingle

So the original side panels of my bus went under and up behind the window frame which was great for guiding any condensation from the windows out and down. I plan to spray foam, put a thin insulation over the ribs, fasten panels, and create some wood framing around the window. What is everyone doing to create a seal against the window and encourage proper flow of any condensation so that it does not drip down behind the panelling?

Also, rivet posts are inside the ribs jingling around. Does anyone squirt or spray anything in the holes of the ribs to stop the leftover posts from jingling around and insulate inside the ribs?

Oh, I thought Rivet Jingle was a short song. :(

I could see where it would get old on the road.

Rusty,
My almost-3-year-old loved that. We will be searching for rusty rivets videos now. Look what you started. :nonono:
