Window replace from outside

1986 Chevy B6000. Blue Bird body. 35ft

Missing 2 lower windows on the bus. How do I replace these without pulling the window frames out? The interior walls are built up, past the lower windows, meaning it's impossible to pull the window frame out from the inside. Pretty sure you can't pull the windows from the outside.

Is there a way to replace window from outside? Doesn't have to be glass either. Acrylic, polyurethane, whatever. Just a way to seal these damn windows. Ability to cover in window tinting would be a bonus.

Ideas?

bluebird windows are designed to be pulled from inside.. the windows themselves once out of the bus are designed to be disassembled outside of the bus and the frames come apart so the new glazing can be put in.. theoretically you could remove all the rubber and broken glass / poly and caulk in a new piece of poly (bendable).. but putting it back with the original style rubber strip not going to be an easy task even if it could be possible.



I know everyone goes for the pretty interior but future serviceability is paramount when building a bus..


even something seemingly simple like replacing a plastic window latch(and they break easy) requires the window to be pulled from the bus and sash removed..
