Ok so we have an 1968 International loadstar short bus. The passenger side blinker won't stop flashing and its killing the battery. We have managed to stop the light flashing. However the noise is still going off in the bus which means it's still draining the battery. Anyone have this issue or how to fix it?

yup i agree it may be a broken plastic switch piece stuck in the on position of the collum?

what happens when you turn on the driver side blinker?

the clicking noise you hear would be the flasher relay.
most Collums are pretty much the same?
watch some u tube videos around that year on Collums to get a idea.
also look for 3-D schematic images of the collum.
hopefully you have a friend with a pully that can help ya out?
or a friend of a friend LOL.
you can get a cheap puller at harbor freight if you need one and are up to the challenge.
take pics as you take things apart.
then find the replacement part on-line or a shop.
make sure to be careful and put back everything exactly the same!
good luck!
