That is looking nice.

Have you had any conversation with your insurance company about the wood stove?

I was looking forward to having one but I would lose my insurance coverage. :(

Where I live they can't tell me yes or no so I'm doing it. If I'm not on the road then I'm use it. I don't intend on travelling the world in my bus. It's so cold here in. Manitoba that I just don't care worst case theyd make me remove it. What people don't know won't hurt them

Can always say it's for decoration Aswell

You are fortunate.

If I told my insurance company that it was just decoration they would tell me "that's fine, it is uninsured decoration"

I have already been down that road in my workshop. I can't have a wood stove to burn my scrap lumber in. I had to remove the one I had or have my insurance cancelled.

Seems foolish to me to buy insurance that won't cover you when you need it. What ever claim you make will be denied when they tell you "This isn't what we insured"

I custom cut a piece of metal and painted for the inside. Leaving the wood several inches from the pipe. And a silicon boot on topj

In home construction insulated pipe where it goes through the roof is required, as well as a little space between it and wood. There are thimbles that allow commen stove pipe to come up to the thimble and the thimble cradles the insulated pipe to go through the roof.
