My question is the wvo tank, I have 60 gal tank off a bus and would like to heat the WVO oil in it to make it flow better in cold weather I noticed several 12volt and 110 v heating pads to glue on the bottom of the tank with 3m glue is there any one out there that done that and how well has it worked and will it raise the temp enough to flow? How many of them will it take ?

I haven't used them or heard of someone who has. But, I would think that it might not be enough to get the wvo hot enough in a 60gl tank. It is probably quite a ways from the engine too. You might want to tap into the coolant lines, for they will heat the tank to the perfect temp. If your tank is not real close to the engine you might let the wvo cool too much. This can be disastrous. A plate heater inline before the engine could help. Or, a 12volt heated filter would make it surefire. But, they are like 2 to 3 times the price. They do make a final stop for any debris or god forbid water entering the engine though. Hope this helps and good luck.
