TC2000 Bluebird 29ft mid size motorhome. Not long and is easier to maneuver.

This is a 2000 year model which means in Texas no more State inspections are required, simply mail in the payment for new registration sticker each year and the county mails you a New registration sticker, No more emission inspections. Also in Texas you will not have to pay for title transfer presumptive value taxes since the RV is over 25 years old.
Also since this is now titled and registered as a Motorhome / RV getting insurance is affordable.

This has the 5.9 24valve Cummins. This is the motor you want because most all of your auto parts stores, autozone, o'reilly , NAPA are going to be able to have a lot of the parts for these engines including oil filters, valve cover gaskets and so on. These are the same motors that came in the ram trucks that are still in use today.

AT545 transmission which is a great transmission and some people swear by them and even run motor oil in them for the fluid.

100,000 miles showing on the odometer. Currently owned and maintained by ASE mechanic with 30 years experience.
Previous owner was a Jesuit private school in Dallas. Included is a 3 ring binder of meticulous regular service records.

Has A/C systems that might work with new belt, not sure. Have not had time to mess with it.

Has all new fuel Filters, Fresh oil change and grease.
Tires are 90% tread remaining.
Brake linings have 85 to 90% life left.

I've installed a fuel pressure gauge and installed a reman injection pump.

I have had this up to 55 mph, previous school driver said it would run 70mph all day long loaded with kids.

So I have completed all of the leg work and this RV is titled as a motorhome with the state of Texas.
Clear Texas title in hand and in my name and is titled as Motorhome.

All seats have been removed. Only has 3 seats remaining.
Has propane gas stove with oven, propane Dearborn heater. 120 volt refrigerator, 120 volt electric invertor.
All of the furnishings need to be plumbed and wired and are only in place to be compliant with rules for being a motorhome.
All previous district logos and decals have been removed or painted over.
Stop sign has been removed and front and rear flashing lights. Front light have been made amber and red rear.

Has emergency escape hatches on roof.

Some small dents and scratches.

Has been covered and is still covered with 100ft billboard sign to keep the sun off along with full set of tire rv covers.

Also will include a AT545 spare transmission with torque convertor.

This is a really clean solid platform for someone wanting to build to suit.

Located 20 mins north of Dallas, Texas
Clear Texas title in hand and in my name, no weird signatures or dates on the title. Title is clean and ready for transfer will also have 130-U form title application form and buyers / sellers agreement to be signed at time of purchase.

Respectfully will only show to serious cash in hand buyers.
Please PM me for more information and or to set up a time to come out and see.
